Sanitation proplem in urban setting

Poor people living in urban areas use un improved latrines which  don't give privacy and protection to the user from the sun,wind,and rain, no hand washing facility is provided outside the latrine. these latrines keep users at risk of diarrhea diseases which are caused by bad sanitation.
